Shipping Charges:

Actual UPS shipping charge will base on the size of the packages, weigh, quantity, shipping method and its destination. Expedited shipping is only available on those products that can be air shipped in accordance with UPS and Fed-Ex shipping requirements. Products exceeding the weight, and that fall under hazardous materials (hazmat) guidelines may have an extra charge applied.

Shipping Options:

We offer a variety of shipping options. Your shipping choices will depend on the item or items in your order. Here are some details to help you to better understand your shipping options:

PRIORITY - 3 to 5 b/days from Shipping Date
EXPEDITED 1 to 2 b/days from Shipping Date
UPS OVERNIGHT - NEXT b/day from Shipping Date

  • Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii requires an additional shipping charge, please call our customer service for more information details.
  • International Freight Quotes are manually calculated based on its weight and destination; please call our customer service for more information details.
  • Any order over 150 lbs will have to be delivered by a truck on a pallet.

    Expedited: Orders received before 1:00PM (EST) will ship the same business day subject to the item availability. Any items with alterations will delay the shipment. Expedited orders are usually delivered to you the next day or second day from the day they are shipped.

    Priority / Ground Service: Orders received before 4:00PM (EST) processed and shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days upon receipt of your order.

    An order may not always ship on the same day it is placed. Placing your order very late in the day, after the shipping companies have picked up their last shipment, is one factor that can affect shipping time. Also, due to the nature of items in the order, some orders may take longer to put together, pack and ship than others.

    Transit Shipping Time:

    We are not responsible for shipment delays, and unable to issue refunds for shipping charges because of delayed shipments due to mother nature, delay in transportation and beyond the control of our freight carrier. We guarantee to you that your package will leave our facility within the time specified in our shipping schedule. The carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, times may vary with package origin and destination.Winter Weather May Cause Shipping Delays. We do not reimburse the original shipping charge for products returned for reasons that are not the fault of our first aid store.

    Tracking your order:

    Make Sure to include correct email address on your order form. Once your order has shipped, a Shipping Confirmation email is sent to you with the name of the carrier and the tracking number. You can use this information to track your order via the carrier's tracking site.

    Damaged or defective product:

    If you receive your order and it is damaged or defective, refuse the delivery (if possible) and call 1.215.253.7713 immediately. All damages should be reported within 3 days of delivery.

    Return Policy

    Merchandise must be returned within 25 days in unused, like-new, 100% saleable condition. If applicable, all security tags and labels must also be intact. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Items not returned within 25 days of receipt will be eligible for exchange only.

    An RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained prior to returning. The RMA number authorizes the initiates the return process. Call The First Aid Kit Customer Care Center at 1-215-253-7713 to report damages and obtain a return merchandise authorization number. If you are unable to contact us by phone regarding a return, please contact us online.

    Please note: An RMA number is not a guarantee of refund or a reflection of any other information. Please be sure all returned items are postmarked within this period.

    In the event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately. Please do not accept packages that show extensive damage or tampering. If an item was damaged during shipping, all insurance claims will be handled through the carrier.

    All returned merchandise is carefully inspected for damage including but not limited to: scratches, dents, dirt, signs of wear, etc. An item is considered to be in new /unused condition if there are no signs of wear, scratches, or any of the above listed attributes. A copy of the packing slip or the customer receipt must accompany all returns. Additionally, all applicable security tags and labels are present. We reserve the right to reject an item deemed unfit for re-stocking. We cannot accept items that show any indication of use.

    Please note: All returned items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund. Additionally, any applicable shipping costs are also non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, or an incorrect item was received due to shipper error. Misinformation provided by the customer is solely the liability of the customer, and does not facilitate or qualify a refund for shipping costs.

    Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 30 days of delivery by calling 1-800-430-3376.

    Returns Not Available on the Following Products:

  • Return Instructions:

  • Satisfy all of the above requirements.
  • Contact our Customer Service Department to obtain an RMA Number.
  • (This initiates the process and authorizes the return.) You may also request email confirmation of the RMA number received.
  • Return the item(s) to the address provided upon contacting us.DO NOT send items to any other address other than the return address provided by our Customer Service Department.
  • The carrier of your choice may ship returned items. However, it is strongly recommended that an additional service such as insurance or delivery confirmation be added.
  • Please note: We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit, damaged upon arrival, or that were not sent in accordance to the information provided by our Customer Service Department. Please follow all instructions as given to ensure your package arrives at our location.

    Once an item is received, please allow 1 - 2 business days for your return to be processed.

    A refund will be issued to the original credit card within 5 - 7 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.
